Jeff Parker, President & Managing Partner

Jeff Parker has over 16 years of experience in the technology arena. Jeff holds a double major in Enterprise Management and Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.

Currently, Parker is President and a Managing Partner of Monolith Software, a software company that delivers cost effective and highly scalable management solutions to organizations seeking to better manage their technology infrastructures. Parker and Shawn Ennis founded Monolith in April, 2005 to bring to market management software to address the needs of organizations looking to better manage their infrastructures with solutions that are cost effective, deliver quick time to value, are easy to use, and that solve real problems facing organizations that need to proactively manage and monitor their technology assets. Jeff provides Monolith with leadership in company direction, sales, marketing, and partner alliances.

Prior to co-founding Monolith, Jeff worked for industry stalwarts such as Windward Consulting Group, Netigy, Cisco Systems and Motorola. Jeff prides himself on understanding client's business and technical requirements in order to deliver rationalized, impactful, business aligned technology solutions. Voice/video/data convergence, network & enterprise management and security have been key areas of focus throughout his career.

Shawn Ennis, Chief Technology Officer & Managing Partner

Shawn Ennis has over 10 years of experience in the technology arena. Ennis has spent his career utilizing management software to run Network Operations Centers, implementing management software solutions for a significant number of the largest service providers and enterprise companies in the United States, and developing management software solutions to meet the needs of client organizations. Shawn holds a Computer Engineering / Software Engineering Degree from Auburn University.

Upon graduating from Auburn University Ennis went to work for a service provider in Atlanta called ITC^Deltacom where he was responsible for Deltacom's NOC Operations as Technical Specialist. At Deltacom, Ennis spent a significant portion of his time mastering the world of Sonet and DWDM while creating an advanced enterprise management solution. Ennis was then recruited to work for one of the leading consulting companies in the United States - Windward Consulting Group - where he was responsible for delivering solutions from Micromuse, InfoVista, Smarts, Nortel Preside/CSA, as well as custom built solution to the industries leading & emerging service providers and enterprise accounts. In 2003, Ennis left Windward to found Monolith Technology Services - a consulting services company. It was at MTS where Ennis first started developing what is now the Monolith mSuite technology. In 2005 Ennis founded Monolith Software with Jeff Parker.

Currently, Ennis is CTO and a Managing Partner of Monolith Software, a software company that delivers cost effective and highly scalable management solutions to organizations seeking to better manage their technology infrastructures. Ennis provides Monolith with leadership in company direction, technology, development, and Monolith's support infrastructure.

Shawn brings real world experience and a deep understanding of NOC operations to the table for the customers Monolith serves. Operational Management, Technology Development, and advanced enterprise management solutions have been key areas of focus throughout his career.

Bill Cannon, Vice President of Strategic Sales

Bill Cannon has more than 25 years experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives at EMC, Voyence, Micromuse, Ameritech, and AT&T. He most recently managed the EMC Ionix software team, which focused on the U.S. telecommunications, media and entertainment markets. Prior to managing the U.S. team, he led the international sales initiative integrating Voyence into the EMC sales organization. Cannon joined the company following the acquisition of Voyence, where he successfully expanded into new international markets, including Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Effective immediately, Cannon will lead Monolith's global strategic sales efforts.

For more than five years, Cannon served as vice president of sales and technical services for Micromuse, where he was responsible for managing the key vertical markets of telecom carrier, federal government and OEM, which comprised of the majority of North American sales. While there, he developed strategic channel relationships with IBM, Cisco, Telcordia, Capgemini, and regional VARS in addition to establishing a federal government sales team, which in three years grew to represent more than 15 percent of the North American license revenues. As general manager of Ameritech's Advanced Data Services, Cannon built strategic data account teams focused on the company's top 200 largest business and government customers, growing revenue from $100M to $282M in three years. At AT&T, he built a strategic sales organization, which successfully targeted competitive long distance and data networking accounts in the Fortune 500.
