Monolith Expands Presence at TM Forum Management World 2011

Back for an Encore: Monolith Returns as Official Catalyst Participant at Forumville

Based on the success of our contributions to the Catalyst program in 2010, Monolith has been invited to continue our Forumville participation in 2011.

Always a popular Management World destination, Forumville incorporates five zones, each tackling a key industry challenge and echoing issues covered in the conference. Monolith can be found in the Market Zone, tackling the timely topic of Video Service Level Management.

Quantifying Video Service Quality

Video Service Level Management has been an issue for MSOs from the beginning.

The Video Service Delivery network does not allow for adequate management to provide insight in to service availability or quality.

Customers have been the primary source for understanding how well the services are being delivered.
