Rotation Oncall Engine
Monolith Action Manager employs the use of a custom build rotational oncall engine. This engine breaks up oncall by group, by schedule, by week, by shift, by person. Once this standard scheduling relationship is created an Active Oncall List becomes available and used by any policy assigned to that starting group. Below is an overview of the defined relationship.
