Phases

Monolith Action Manager escalates by way of three distinct phases: Acknowledgement, Resolution, and Ticketing. The Acknowledgement phase is used to minimize and ensure MTTRespond. The Resolution phase is used to minimize and ensure MTTRepair. The Ticketing phase is used to initiate Bi-Directional Ticketing Integration. All three phases are ran completely independently.
