One of the most troublesome parts of enterprise technology management is that software vendors have multiple interfaces for operation, administration, and configuration. Monolith has taken a different course, consolidating all user interfaces from 90% of all use into a robust user interface.
Monolith's portal employs single sign on using both internal authentication, but also external authentication (LDAP and RADIUS). Integration with pre-existing authentication services allows easier and quicker operational assimilation and lowering the deployment curve for customers.
Multi-tenancy, the ability to securely display multiple customers or departments information, is a key tenant in Monolith's design.
